Shipping policy

We provide FLAT RATE SHIPPING to all of our customers and we work with suppliers around the world to source high-quality products.                   

The majority of our apparel is made at the time of order and takes approximately 3-8 business days to create (fulfillment). Non-apparel items (bags, mugs, phone cases, etc.) can take up to 3-8 business days for production (fulfillment). Shipping times should be added on top of all these estimates, speed depends on product type and destination.                                                                         

Our suppliers typically ship items within one to five days of receiving an order after fulfillment. From that point on it can take up to 10 - 12 days for items to arrive (Items typically arrive between 2 - 8 business days after fulfillment). U.S. shipping ranges from 2 - 8 business days depending on destination, while international orders can take up to 10 - 20 business days. It is our priority to get items shipped out to our customers as soon as possible.  Please be advised that we can not guarantee that a faster shipping option will be available. **During the holidays these shipping times may be delayed.                                                                                     

If you have multiple items in your order that ship separately you will receive a tracking number for each item that ships so that you can keep tabs of where your order is at all times.                                                                             

Please carefully review all product information and sizing before making a purchase. We can not edit orders once they are in production, it is the customer's responsibility to confirm order details (size, color, address, discount codes if applicable, etc.) are correct at time of purchase. Pinkskate is not responsible for any incorrect order as the result of customer error.

 

International Orders
We are happy to say that we do ship internationally! However, international orders are final sale and are subject to import duties and taxes that are the recipients responsibility. You can check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs may be.  

Please be advised that International orders can take up to 10 - 20 business days for delivery after fulfillment.

 Shipping Issues
Pinkskate is not responsible for items sent to the incorrect address or undeliverable items. Please check the shipping address closely before placing your orders. 

If your item is defective or you received the wrong item as a result of our error, please contact us to inform us of the issue and we will be happy to issue you a replacement item or a refund in the same form of your original purchase. Pinkskate is not responsible for items lost in transit.  

Pinkskate is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the USPS, weather or other events out of our control. This information is subject to change without notice.
