- How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within two to five days of your order, from that point it can take up 10 - 20 days to reach your doorstep. Each product at Pinkskate has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.
- What's your return policy?
POD (print on demand) products are not eligible for return, instead of returning those items, you can contact us for an exchange or a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll replace the item or give you your money back in full.
- Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible however, if you purchased a POD (print on demand) item, we are not able to cancel that particular item once production has been started.
- What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you ordered -- then simply notify us, and we’ll be happy to assist you. We'll either provide you with the correct item you ordered or provide you with a refund.
- Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you purchased and expected, just let us know and we’ll be happy to assist you.
