    **The majority of our apparel is made to order and everything that is made to order is a final sale, with the exception of damaged goods. Any item that is not made to order will be indicated as such in the product description. Only NON made to order items can be returned for a full refund or exchange.

    In the event an exchange is necessary as the result of Pinkskate sending you damaged goods, wrong item, color or style) we only accept unworn, unwashed, merchandise and will provide you with the replacement item at no expense to you.  The customer is responsible for shipping due to any exchange needed as a result of customer error. 

    ** ALL exchanges must be received within 30 days of the purchase date. 

    Please include your packing slip with your return or exchange. To return an item, write “return” on the included packing slip. To exchange an item, write “exchange” on the included packing slip next to item and indicate the new item you wish to receive. 

    **In the case of damaged or incorrect items received, items will be replaced as long as we are informed within 30 days of purchase.

    **All Sale Items are final.

    There is a flat rate restocking fee of $2.00 for the initial item, and $1.00 for each additional item.

    Free Gift with Purchase: 

    When applicable any free gift with purchase must be sent back with your return to receive a full refund to the original form of payment, unless otherwise stated.   

    We ask that you please carefully review all product information and sizing before making a purchase. We are not able to edit orders once finalized, it is the customer's responsibility to confirm order details (size, color, address, discount codes if applicable, etc.) are correct at time of purchase.
